In this video, I put it to the test during a real wedding day at the Old Orange County Courthouse in Santa Ana, followed by portraits at Mile Square Park near sunset. Overall, the V480 handled the day surprisingly well, but like any speedlight, it required being mindful of distance to the subject and time of day. Indoors at City Hall, power was more than enough when used correctly. Outdoors at Mile Square Park, shooting closer to sunset helped balance ambient light and get consistent results without pushing the flash too hard. If you’re a wedding photographer wondering whether the Godox V480 is powerful enough for City Hall weddings, courthouse ceremonies, or smaller wedding days, this real-world test will help you decide when it works—and where its limits are. 📸 Shot on location: • Old Orange County Courthouse – Santa Ana • Mile Square Park – Golden hour / sunset If this helps, don’t forget to like, subscribe, and drop any questions below.
