Competition Vlog from the US OPEN 2023 Judo Championships occurring on July 29, 2023. This was my first judo competition in a while, the last four tournaments I fought in were in Brazilian Jiu JItsu and I tried my best to implement a lot of mat work that into this competition. One thing I had a tough time in this competition was switching from a BJJ rule mindset to a judo rules mindset.
