I am at Red State BBQ in Lexington, KY to attempt the Reckining. This is Kentucky's largest BBQ challenge and by a lot! This massive platter of BBQ contains a full slab of ribs, a pound of sliced brisket, a pound of pulled pork, a pound of sausages, a pulled chicken sandwich, smoked wings, a pint of corn pudding, a pint of green beans, a pint of baked beans, a pint of bread pudding, two corn muffins, pickles, and bbq sauce. I will have an hour to complete this and if I do, I will get the $100 meal for free, a prize pack, an awesome T-shirt, and become the lone winner of this delicious challenge!
