TASTY DAL BHAT दालभात | COOKING in a NEPALI HOTEL KITCHEN

Dal Bhat दालभात is said to be the national traditional dish of Nepal with lentils, rice. Dal Bhat means lentil and rice - so its easy for travelers to get confused- but in Nepal, it also means the entire dish or plate with at least four to seven other dishes! It’s one of the best hikes near Kathmandu and it was such an awesome trekking day in Nepal. It is a popular two day trek around Kathmandu Valley.
