Letting NYC Strangers Try Filipino Halo-Halo, THIS was their reaction

We gave random strangers in NYC the amazing Filipino dessert halo-halo to try! They had never had it before and they really loved it! Super cool to see Americans trying halo-halo for the first time, and to spread a bit of Pinoy culture in NYC! We got it from a small Filipino cafe in NYC called Kabisera that makes the dessert from scratch, including by using their own Filipino ice cream, so it was super authentic and delicious. Made with red bean, jackfruit, ube, Filipino ice cream, shaved ice, condensed milk, coconut, and leche flan.
