Warning: this is what works FOR ME, in my scenario. It's not a universal recipe, it's my experience. If it makes sense to you, take advantage of it. 📌 Application I don't apply for jobs. I've tried a lot and the effort doesn't compensate for the return. My strategy is to let recruiters come to me, mainly via LinkedIn "Open to Work" and the network effect of connections. 📄 Resume Maximum 2 pages, focus on recent experiences Detail the DELIVERABLES, not just the stack (what I implemented and why) Real-world example with DevSimulator: guardrails against prompt injection, localization/scalability 🎤 Interviews (ranked by frequency, in my experience) Recruiter: always comes up LeetCode: is coming up less and less (I'm not practicing) Code review: VERY common now (2025-2026) Talk about your experiences: always, it's what carries you System design (scenarios): comes up a lot Technical theory (SOLID, SQL vs NoSQL, etc.): comes up a lot ⚠️ About AI: you can and should use AI at work, everyone uses it.
