Wild Heart, Open Road

I wrote Wild Heart, Open Road somewhere between tired legs, mountain views, muddy paths, and moments that felt bigger than words. 🌿🥾 This song wasn’t inspired by reaching a destination. It came from the journey itself — waking up to prayer music before sunrise, carrying a backpack heavier than expected, hearing there might be snow ahead and feeling fear creep in, meeting strangers who somehow feel familiar, laughing in random conversations, and finding tiny orchids and flowers when I was focused on just making it to the next stop. So far Camino has been freedom, gratitude, excitement, and a reminder that sometimes growth doesn’t happen in big life-changing moments.
