Wales Hobbit House Family Adventure

Overnight with kids in a hobbit house in Wales! We had a great time exploring the misty countryside in Wales. https://createplaytravel.com/tag/europe/ We stayed at the Holiday Wales Airbnb property that offered several hobbit houses, which were built into the hillside. These houses had multiple bedrooms, a living room, bathroom and kitchen. One even had a secret bunk room behind a sliding wooden door. We really enjoyed going on walks and hikes nearby. We visited the Elan Valley and saw an immense dam, the Garreg-Ddu bridge, and several small waterfalls alongside our hiking trail. We also had afternoon tea for lunch at the Penbont House, which was a very fun experience. Back at Holiday Wales, we moved to a second hobbit house, based on availability and enjoyed one more night overlooking the Welsh countryside. Of course while traveling, we have to fit in doing laundry so we don't run out of clothes, and grocery shopping to save money on food. Our relaxing stay in this part of Wales was definitely memorable.
