Located at Strijp - S, surroundings & Klokgebouw Eindhoven The Netherlands --------------------- About Dommelvallei: In the true spirit of underground music, DommelVallei began At the turn of the 21st century with throwing parties wherever it could in warehouses, under freeway passes, in the woods. Word spread quickly - and these events grew in popularity because this distinct style of techno was elusive. Real techno. Smart. Creeping out of a dark, dirty alley, seemingly sinister at first encounter. But with a closer look and listen, you smile – and dance – because you get it. But of course, underground parties have their risks, and with the constant threat of being closed down before even one record could hit the turntable, the founders knew they had to make some changes. Manz wanted to create a sort of reverse underground – legal – but not obvious. In 2004, the organisation took it a step further with its first edition of PACT Festival, a DommelVallei event held in conjunction with the popular Queen’s day celebration in April. Staying true to its underground roots, the party was held in a parking garage. ------------- About Zodiak Commune: Underground acid / techno party promotor from Eindhoven, The Netherlands. ------- DJ Saint: Resident of the Zodiak Commune ------------- DJ Nas: His style can vary from deep melodic to dark and industrial. Nas stands for a good storyline in his set, therefore 100% guarantee for quality. ------------ DJ Sander Chan: Your momma's favorite techno dj - YesWeChan - ---------- Ghost in the machine: Ghost in the Machine is super fun retro, acid-fueled, futuristic industrial techno music for your very own personal dance floor experience. ----- About THT: THT is a very energetic live dance/techno act, formed by drummer/producer Wouter and singer/producer Bas. During live shows Wouter jumps around with his self-created Guitar Machine with which he controls loops, synths and beats. Bas sings and loops his vocals into the tracks. ------------------------- Korben & Leelee, As a DJ/VJ duo, we create audio-visual performances. We mix our own productions together with existing material from artists that inspire us. What you see and hear is the current living environment of what we call planet KL. In the first place we are passionate (Techno) music lovers. Korben started out as a radio DJ in 1993. After that, he was part of the underground Invasion techno collective that was responsible for several raves in the Eindhoven (NL) area surrounding the millennium. Leelee started organising dance events in 2006 and moved on to DJing in 2010. When we first met in 2016, we noticed that we had the same level of obsessive behaviour when it comes to listening to music and wanting to share it with others. In that year we started The Hunt, a techno show on Radio UMX. We broadcast the show live from our own home studio, or from one of the techno events that we organised. Later that year we started the Techmission Podcast series. In both projects, we invite guest DJ’s and music producers to perform. Our cooperation worked out so well, that we started performing together as a DJ duo. By working together so passionately, we grew together fast and fell hopelessly in love, leading to even more and better creative projects. In the past three years, we have organised several techno events in our hometown Eindhoven, in the Netherlands. Like a tunnel rave underneath the highway and several events in an abandoned monastery. What we actually do is translate the way we experience the world within and around us.
