Newbury Park Cross Country Prepares For The 2021 Season - A Day at The Newbury Park Altitude Camp

Join us as we spend a day with the elite Newbury Park High Cross Country Team at their altitude camp! The Newbury Park team spends a month training at Big Bear Lake, CA (7,000 ft altitude.) We join them near the end of the camp on a day when they will be doing a 4 mile tempo run, followed by an afternoon relaxing at the lake. We interview coaches Sean and Tanya Brosnan, as well as key members of the boys and girls varsity squads. They share their experiences at camp as well as their big plans for the coming season.
