Repairing and tuning of Commodore 16 or Plus/4. Substitute failing components.

The Commodore TED series tend to fail over the time. Its main chips tend to die even if the machine is sitting in the box. To find a replacement chip is getting hard and expensive, but fortunately we can substitute them.
