How to Make DIY Fluffy Slime | No Borax Slime Party | Easy Kids Craft

Holy cow, we're having a DIY slime party! And the girls are learning how to make fluffy slime without borax!. That's a double thumbs up. You won't believe how easy it is to do this kids craft by using just a few household ingredients. We had so much making fluffy slime we did every color of the rainbow. Supplies needed to make fluffy slime without borax: • 1 - bottle of glue (Elmers) (NOPE you can't use Mod Podge for this, it has to be glue) • 1/4 teaspoon of baking soda • Shaving cream (You don't need a whole lot) • Acrylic Paint - colors of your choice • Saline solution with Boric Acid (You only need a few squirts) • 1 Bowl to mix your slime • 1 Spoon HOW TO MAKE DIY SLIME: 1) Begin by squeezing half the bottle of Elmer's Glue into the bowl. 2) Add 1/4 teaspoon of baking soda and stir the mixture. 3) Add a few long squirts of shaving creme (About 1 cup). The more shaving cream you put into the glue the more fluffy it will become. Don't add too much though or it won't turn to slime. 4) Add your paint. The amount depends on how saturated you want the slime to put. For a brighter or darker color, add more paint. Adjust as necessary. 5) Add a squirt of saline solution to the mixture and keep stirring. You'll want to do this step a little at a time because if you add too much saline the slime will become snappy. Not fluffy and stretchy. 6) When the mixture starts to strand onto the side of the bowl and stick the spoon it's time to get messy. That's right start kneading the slime with your hands. 7) If necessary, continue adding a few drops of saline solution to the slime while you're working the mixture. Eventually the slime will not stick to your fingers any longer. 8) You're done! Start poking, stretching & playing with your DIY slime.
