🤗 Is this the best Texas BBQ in America? and it's made by a 91-Year Old Pitmaster. We Drove 1500 miles and got up at 2:30AM and went to a small town In Texas to find out. Snow's BBQ has been named the best BBQ in Texas by Texas Monthly — twice. The pitmaster is Tootsie Tomanetz. She is 91 years old. She has been cooking BBQ since 1966. She arrives at the pits before dawn every Saturday. We had brisket for breakfast. Was it worth it? Watch and find out. We drove 1,500 miles across Texas for one Saturday morning. That's the only day Snow's BBQ is open — 8am until they run out, which is usually before noon.
