In this unpacking video, I show a small series of steam locomotives from the DR class 52 made of brass. This 1 by 32 scale adult toy was produced by Spur1 Austria (www.spur-1.at) in no fewer than 23 variants. 17 of them have a tub tender, four have a cabin tender and the model of 52 9900-3 presented here in the video as well as another variant have a pulverised coal tender. This model was staged as it looked in 1972. It is 72 centimeters long and almost 5.5 kilograms heavy and has a list price of 3540 euros. I had this tender locomotive on loan for a report in a trade journal and on this occasion I of course also recorded numerous videos for my detailed unboxing.
