Conhecendo Cusco + 7 Lagunas de Ausangate / Expedição América do Sul / Ep7

We arrived in Cusco!! Our biggest fear in the first few days was altitude sickness. Therefore, we planned lighter activities to acclimatize, but not so light as to test ourselves a bit in preparation for the Salkantay Trek. This place was probably the one we were most eager to visit because of its history, culture, food, and tours. It was a surprise to discover that nothing in Cusco is really in Cusco. Any tour is at least a 3-hour bus ride away. These are the second and third days of our stay in Cusco, and we visited places like Plaza de Armas, San Pedro Market, the 12-angled stone, Assunta, and the beautiful 7 lagoons of Ausangate.
