[Article Content] Repair work is in full swing on a road in Yongin. Emergency work is underway to address potholes, so-called road mines. Yongin City has developed a real-time monitoring plan to enable faster pothole repairs. The system involves installing high-precision cameras and sensors on city buses to analyze road conditions and report any issues, such as potholes, to the relevant department. So, knowing that repairs will be made immediately is a great relief for drivers. I think it will also reduce driver fatigue." Yongin City has introduced a so-called "smart road hazard management system" to 100 city buses. The device installed on the buses analyzes pothole photos and location information, transmits it to the relevant personnel, and manages follow-up repairs all at once. Yongin City announced that it will expand its facilities to address road issues more quickly.
