I REALLY Wanted To Like This Thing, But The Kukirin G4 Is Not It (For Me)

Just like many of you, I wanted to like this scooter so badly. On paper this scooter seems great! In reality, it left a lot to be desired. This single motor, 60 volt, 2000 watt electric scooter was supposed to propel me up to 40mph, but it could barely hit 39 downhill with a full charge. Suspension bottomed out left and right, the brakes were mushy, bars were short, and you can forget about hills. Watch the video to see what I'm talking about. I think if you were in the market for a 40mph scooter, this one would leave you disappointed. However, if you were shopping for a 25-30mph scooter that just so happened to have the capability of going slightly faster to escape traffic danger, this one might work. I think it would work best for riders between 120-170lbs. 5' - 5'9". For me though, 6'2", 230lbs, this scooter painted a frowny face on my mouth.
