2010-012/20190727 Today, on Doyo no Ushi no Hi (Day of the Ox), I had "loach hotpot" at Iidaya, a long-established restaurant in Asakusa. This was my first time eating loach hotpot, and it was very healthy, packed with burdock and green onions. Many people may be unfamiliar with loach and hesitant to eat it, but it was delicious and completely natural.
