This place is an absolute dream for any car enthusiast: a private garage community complete with a full racetrack, event center, go-karts, and just about every amenity you could imagine. While touring one of these incredible garage condos, Nathan mentioned something that really got me thinking — this particular unit was owned by three different people. They split the cost, the construction, and even shared the cars. With garage condos getting more and more expensive, it raises a great question… Is teaming up with like-minded friends the smarter way to own one? Sharing the space, the cost, and the experience could actually be the ultimate enthusiast setup. What do you think?
