Tim Saddles Up Again

Welcome to the Corona Virus Chronicles... Tim is now self-isolating, and presenting his videos directly from his apartment, via a web link. Tim demonstrates some more versions of the 'horses and riders' puzzle. The first example shows a couple of musical cowboys. The next one has two witches and two cats! These are quite similar to the original design, albeit with changes to the artwork. Then we see two cats and two hands. If we align the hands correctly, each cat gets stroked! Then we see a triple version. Three elephants and three castles. Finally, one of Tim's favourites, clowns riding on zebras. Tim showed this quite recently, but he likes it so much, he dug it out again. This version is designed for people who think they know how this puzzle works. What they find is that one zebra has two heads and the other two tails. Oh dear! The inventor, the late Mel Stover from Canada, used to hand these out to people, and he would tuck an extra version in your pocket, supposedly for you to share with someone else, and of course the trick was that you needed to take one zebra from each sheet to solve the puzzle!
