DRRV 1823 Returns to New Jersey! Chasing the Delaware River Railroad Excursions Polar Express Train

On December 6, I chased the Delaware River Railroad Excursions Polar Express train. Dover & Rockaway River GP10 1823 was on one end of the train while Black River & Western GP9 811 was on the other. 1823 went to the Maryland and Delaware Railroad for a few years before returning to New Jersey.
