This planetoid is home to the Time Stones, seven mystical gemstones that can control time. Coveting the Time Stones, Dr. Eggman anchors Little Planet during its annual return to a mountain, and builds a shell around it.[2] Eggman uses the unique temporal passages on Little Planet to invade its past, filling it with robot transporters and Metal Sonic holograms to ensure a future where he has total control.
