Could a New Bill Put an Age Limit on VA Unemployability?

Could VA TDIU benefits end at age 67? A newly introduced bill, the TDIU Reform Act of 2026, proposes a cap on these unemployability benefits. However, this age cap would only be for veterans who first receive TDIU on or after December 31, 2026.
