Could a New Bill Put an Age Limit on VA Unemployability?
Could VA TDIU benefits end at age 67? A newly introduced bill, the TDIU Reform Act of 2026, proposes a cap on these unemployability benefits. In this video, CCK Law Partner Michael Lostritto discusses this proposed bill, including how it would codify TDIU into the U.S. Code, why this matters, and how this bill is not law yet.
