The only training you need for climbing

I prepared this training for my sister Claudia for her project Reini's Vibes (8c+) in Arco, with a good combination of strength, power endurance and endurance. This is the Training if you want to try yourself, it is called 4, 3, 2, 1: 4 hard boulders, 3 attempts per boulder with 3 minutes rest between tries. Rest 5' when you change boulder REST 10' before the next exercise 3 boulders in a row without rest, for 3 times, rest 5' between sets REST 10' 2 attempts on a 20 moves boulder, rest 8 minutes between REST 10' 1 long 40 moves circuit, set it before or ask someone to set it while you climb!
