The Oasis Leadership Academy (OLA) is a premier leadership development initiative of the Golden Oasis Spring Foundation. The vision is to shape Africa’s future by cultivating values-driven, visionary, and transformational leaders who are ethically grounded and deeply accountable. With a strategic focus to equip leaders to drive sustainable economic growth, champion human capital development, their goal is to address the continent’s leadership challenges with wisdom and innovation. As a dynamic training hub, OLA blends cultural values with modern leadership principles to develop professionals across the government, corporate, and social sectors. Guest speaker Loretta Green-Williams founded WOCPSCN in 2009, originally as a grassroots LinkedIn network, and has since nurtured it into an international organization with chapters extending across multiple continents. Under her leadership, WOCPSCN emphasizes strategic consciousness, cultural awareness, intergenerational mentorship, and alignment with global sustainability movements, including the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Green-Williams is widely recognized for her ability to design culturally informed programming, forge strategic international partnerships, and create educational experiences that empower emerging leaders. Her work bridges local needs with global perspectives, making her a thought leader in sustainable community networking, diaspora engagement, and women’s professional empowerment. Green-Williams’ academic foundation is rooted in social and cultural transformation. She holds a Master’s degree in Consciousness and Transformation from CIIS, a Master’s degree in Sport Management, and a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology with certification in Ethnic Studies from USF. Her advanced doctoral work in Cultural Anthropology (ABD) further underscores her commitment to understanding the sociocultural forces shaping communities and human experiences. She founded Green-Williams & Associates, applying business strategy and community-centered solutions long before social entrepreneurship became a mainstream dialogue. As a certified fitness professional, she champions holistic well-being as an essential component of leadership and empowerment. Her work as a human rights advocate and ordained-licensed minister reflects her dedication to service, moral clarity, and social justice. Loretta is the Gandhi Mandela Official Fellow, an international platform dedicated to strengthening ethical leadership, institutional responsibility, and human dignity.
