This Friday's (17th) Opinião program discusses whether contemporary discourse on emotional health has broadened self-awareness or, in some cases, reduced the space for self-criticism, responsibility, and commitment to others. How to find a balance between acceptance and demands? Between respecting limits and sustaining relationships? A conversation between philosophy and psychoanalysis about the limits of "self-care" and the challenges of growing up in a time that avoids discomfort.
