Training yourself for flat rate Pay! How I became Nicknamed the "Strut King"
I trained/prepped my self for flat rate. I did my own thing. I didn't let others tell me how things are. I was my own person and I wasn't going to let others determine my future. If your in any industry you have to put in extra time. spend hours after work reading schematics. Checking for recalls. checking for various ways to repair things. At the end of the day you are responsible for your self. It's easier to blame others then take responsibility for your self -Someone once said to me, man up and take responsibility. I did. I took control of my own future.
