This mower is brand new to me and I've only used it once but during that first mow I immediately noticed a clunking feeling coming from the front left caster. Upon investigation I decided to call the dealer and it turns out to be a known issue. I got the official Toro parts and fixed it myself since it would've been a huge pain to have to bring it in.
