Zingari Man products can be purchased direct from their website. The Tribe is a smooth, masculine scent featuring notes of Sandalwood, Amber, light musk, spices, and leather. This scent is well blended and opens soft and creamy with sandalwood. The musk and amber add complexity with the leather and spices being faint supporters. Mrs. Ruds is neutral regarding the scent. She neither loves it nor dislikes it, which these days, I consider a win. Strength of scent is light both out of the container and remains that way once lather is built. The current vegan base features ingredients of: Stearic Acid, Water, Shea butter, Vegetable glycerin, Potassium hydroxide, Palm oil, Kokum butter, Coconut oil, Castor oil, Sodium hydroxide, Oat oil, Jojoba, Fragrance, Coconut milk and Sodium lactate. The improved base still loads effortlessly into the brush. The level of hydration necessary to build a great lather is now higher. I would consider this a thirsty vegan base. When dialed in, the soap will resemble cool whip, having great density and a slight sheen. Slickness is improved over the previous base. Both primary and residual slickness are excellent. Post shave is the most noticeable of improvements. This post shave is in the elite class regardless of base type. The revised base from Zingari Man is much better than previous iterations and the performance improvements are very tangible.
