La ruta del sabor - Juchitán, Oaxaca

For this episode, Miguel travels to Oaxaca to visit Gris, a traditional cook from Juchitán. She will delight us with garnachitas and pollo garnachero, typical regional dishes for breakfast or dinner, which we can enjoy in the markets with a delicious coffee. Once the food is ready, Miguel tastes it and is fascinated by the seasoning, but that's not all: Gris and Miguel surprise us by dancing a traditional Fandango Teco. The next recipe is zee belá bihui, a pork mole made with cracked corn. Miguel helps Gris grind the toasted corn to prepare the dish. After a while of preparing everything, the dish is finally ready and they taste it, accompanied by delicious oven-baked tortillas and a rich café de olla (Mexican-style coffee).
