Author Douglas Murray slams former vice president Kamala Harris for her “excruciating” 60 Minutes interview. His comments follow Paramount’s agreement to pay $16 million to US President Donald Trump to settle a lawsuit regarding edits made to the interview. “To hear Kamala Harris fudging her way through questions as if she was a sort of school-aged child, desperately trying to cover over for the fact that she hadn’t done her homework,” Mr Murray told Sky News host Rita Panahi. “It’s just excruciating hearing her, remembering those wonderful Kamala dialogues. “It’s just so astonishing that she was ever at the level of candidacy that she was and indeed, in the position that she was as the second most powerful person in the United States.”
