Ryan Toomey, Director of Hockey @ The Hill Academy

Ryan's hockey journey takes him from playing AA for the Bolton Bruins to now leading the Hockey Program at The Hill Academy just outside Orangeville, Ontario. Toomey helped build The Hill Hockey program 3+ years ago and further legitimized its Prep School offering with 8 OHL draft picks coming out of the 2026 - 2027 draft year. Toomey Hockey School continues to develop humans and hockey players with a core of coaching principles rooted in hard work ethic, open communication, creativity, and having fun in the game. An NCAA Mercyhurst grad, where he met his wife, Ryan's's hockey tour included 3x ECHL teams along with two European runs.
