Prepare the ingredients and prepare a steak that's crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. #NhacGNT #FamilySeasoning #RodrigoHilbert Ingredients: For the steak: 1 kg of strip loin, cleaned and cut into thin steaks 300g all-purpose flour 300g breadcrumbs 100g Parmesan cheese 1 teaspoon garlic powder 1 teaspoon onion powder 2 tablespoons chopped parsley 4 eggs Oil for deep-frying Salt and black pepper to taste For the sauce: 1 chopped onion 3 cloves garlic ½ cup olive oil 1 can of peeled tomatoes 1 teaspoon mustard Salt to taste For the assembly: Mozzarella cheese Oregano to taste Instructions: For the steak: Season the steaks with salt and black pepper to taste and set aside. Beat the whole eggs in a baking dish and season with salt to taste. In another bowl, add the flour and season with the onion, garlic powder, and salt. Finally, in another bowl, add the breadcrumbs, cheese, and parsley and mix well. In a saucepan, add the oil and heat. Coat the steaks first in the flour, then in the egg, and finally in the breadcrumbs. Fry the steaks and drain on paper towels before placing them in a baking dish. For the sauce: In a saucepan, add the olive oil and heat. Sauté the garlic and onion until golden. Add the peeled tomatoes, mustard, and season with salt. Reduce the heat and let the sauce simmer for 10 to 15 minutes. To assemble: Pour the sauce over the steaks and sprinkle the mozzarella cheese over them. Gently sprinkle some oregano on top of the cheese and bake until the cheese melts.
