Cycling along the Pieterpad, part 1

The 'Fietserpad' is a variant of the Long distance walking trail 'the Pieterpad' and describes various cycling tours through the most beautiful landscapes in the Netherlands. The bicycle route is 570 kilometer long and goes from Maastricht in the South to Pieterburen in the North of the Netherlands. Mid-May 2021 i cycled a part of the route. First I went from home to Maastricht and from there I started the cyclist route. The best way to visit a country is by bycicle. Not too fast and not too slow. You experience your journey in an intense way. You feel the climat, you smel the landscape and you you are a part of it. It's easy to interact with the people.
