D'Addario XS VS Martin Luxe Strings [TONE TEST]
Hey guys, Here is a very quick string comparison. I'm using my Boucher dred with a red spruce top and Madagascar rosewood back and sides with a bluechip TPR 60. FYI both strings sets are light gauge, but there is a bit more tension on the cobalt strings (which I liked). Overall I found the Martin strings had more midrange and a much more dry sound.
