珍珠奶茶戚風蛋糕 :Bubble Tea Chiffon Cake Recipe ASMR

This is a recreation of turning a beloved drink into a cake! The rich aroma of black tea and brown sugar echos with the black tea infused cream and the brown sugar tapioca. Every bite feels like a sip of bubble tea. Here we use the chiffon cake technique, so you'll need to remember to revers your cake when hot out of the oven, and let it cool upside down to stabilized the cake structure. Also, when infusing the black tea cream, do not leave the tea back in for too long, or else the tea will become bitter. Fresh cooked tapioca is added right before serving to achieve the best texture.
