Cofix is ​​a small, quick-service coffee shop where all drinks and meals are priced the same: 5 shekels in Israel and 50 rubles in Russia. Profits are ensured by high turnover: the chain's locations are opened only in busy locations, such as shopping centers, train stations, and office buildings. The menu includes coffee, tea, freshly squeezed juice, sandwiches, soup, salads, syrniki (syrniki), croissants, muffins, macaroons, and much more—all for 50 rubles. Coffee accounts for 10-15% of sales. Cofix coffee and product suppliers in Russia include Lavazza, Coca-Cola, Dawn, and Food Zavod. In the future, they plan to create their own production facility. By 2021, they plan to open 300 franchised coffee shops in Moscow and the surrounding region, and 700 in other regions. The first Cofix opened in Tel Aviv in 2013.
