3 hours of training was NOT enough to pass this test? (ADI part 2)

In this vid Mohammed a trainee driving instructor or PDI sits an advanced mock driving test, an ADI part 2 mock test. In total he's had 3 hours of training with an instructor. Will it be enough? The trend seems to be that i get a lot oPDI's getting in contact, wanting to sit an ADI part 2 mock, when they have had barely any training. It can be a good way of finding out exactly how much work you need to put in but its certainly not normal from a training perspective.
