Let's start with the basics: Type: compact luxury crossover suv Year: 2020 Make: Mercedes-Benz Model: GLC Trim: 300 Exterior Paint: black Interior: black leather with dark brown liden wood Wheels: 18 inch split 5 spoke wheels MSRP: $44,850 (a lot less than I was expecting) Under the hood: Drivetrain: four wheel drive (that's what "4matic" means) Engine: 2.0 liter inline 4 turbo engine Transmission: 9G-TRONIC (9 speed automatic transmission) Horsepower: 255 hp @ 6,100 rpms 0 to 60: 6.1 seconds (3.8 seconds for the top trim level) Fuel Type: regular unleaded gas MPG City: 21 mpg MPG Highway: 28 mpg Combined MPG: 24 mpg Fuel Cap Location: passenger's side Fuel Tank Capacity: 17.4 gallons Infotainment: 10.25 inch touchscreen multimedia display (gorgeous) 2 USB-C audio ports Bluetooth audio streaming Apple CarPlay and Android Auto Household type 115V power outlet Handling: Wow. I felt in control the entire time I was behind the wheel of the GLC 300. Honestly, I drove this vehicle extremely aggressively and not once did I feel like it was going to slip. In fact, I felt like I could push it even further. It was amazing. And one of most fun driving experiences I've had in a while. Acceleration: Again, wow. When you hit the accelerator the engine roars and you blast forward. It's extremely satisfying. From a dead stop you will be beating almost every other car on the road. The GLC 300 is fast. Very fast. Cabin Noise: Outstanding. The cabin is very quiet, even at highway speeds of 70+ mph. Not once did I feel the need to increase the volume on the podcast I was listing to. Cargo Room: Great. There's a plenty of space in the back of the vehicle to haul around a stroller, golf clubs, groceries, etc. I don't think have any issues with normal daily use. The rear seats also fold down. There's electronic controls in the back, so you can collapse the seats in a matter of seconds. And then you'll be able to take advance of even more space in the back. Not quite enough for a large mattress, but enough to haul some small furniture. ••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••• CONTACT ME: [email protected] •••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••• TAGS: #100rentalcars #mercedes-benz #glc300 •••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••• You read all the way to the end?
