8 Renovated boreholes, countless smiles, one vision: Clean water for all

For too long, broken boreholes forced the community of Akoeman to rely on unsafe streams for their daily essentials from cooking and bathing to drinking. But temporary hardships demand sustainable solutions. Moving beyond temporary relief to build lasting community resilience, Good Neighbors Cameroon rehabilitated 8 boreholes across the community of Akoeman. By restoring access to safe, clean water, this project has achieved a profound impact: safeguarding public health, easing the daily burden on families, and securing a healthier future for the entire community.
