SIGENERGY System Restart Procedure | Fix Communication & Network Faults

This video walks through the correct restart procedure for the SIGENERGY system step-by-step, including the inverter, battery stack, gateway, and network recovery process. This can often help with resetting or rectifying communication or network related faults in your Sigenstore system. Note: For clarity purposes, if you do not have a wall isolator installed, follow the Gateway shutdown and restart procedure and then turn off the red ON/OFF switch, followed by your DC switch. To restart, conduct the procedure in reverse order. *Disclaimer - This is intended for AUS systems. Please consult the SIG user manual in the first instance.
