STEP #1 - SET ASIDE A PORTION OF YOUR INCOME EACH MONTH You probably think that in your current situation, this is impossible and that setting aside part of your salary or income to save isn't something that will work for you. However, it is possible, and you just have to train your mindset to achieve this result. Do you think you can live on 90% of your income right now? The answer is probably yes, but our minds hold us back from taking that step. My recommendation is that you automate this by setting up a system in your bank or credit card that automatically allocates 10% to another savings account every time you receive that money. By doing this exercise, you'll discover how quickly you've been able to manage your money to save. STEP #2 - SAVE MONEY FOR EACH PROJECT, DREAM, OR IDEA You can choose a small portion of your money and put it each month in an envelope or a different account, which will be named after the project, dream, or idea you want to pursue. If you manage investments, for example, another recommendation would be that every time you receive a large income, you make a point of investing a significant percentage of it.
