Train Reversal Viaduct | Delhi Metro Noida Electronic City

Delhi Metro's Blue Line is getting a major operational upgrade at Noida Electronic City. In this video, we take a close look at the ongoing construction work near Noida Sector 62 and the Delhi–Meerut Expressway (NH-9), where DMRC is building a new train reversal/turnback facility to improve metro operations on the Blue Line extension. The project includes the erection of special steel spans and viaduct extensions beyond the existing Noida Electronic City Metro Station. Interestingly, the tender for these special steel spans and associated civil works was floated by DMRC back in 2023, but visible construction activity has picked up in 2026. The new infrastructure will allow trains to reverse direction more efficiently, helping DMRC manage services and future operational requirements on this busy corridor.
