Today we continued exploring Aguascalientes, and we arrived at the beautiful town of San José de Gracia, a Pueblo Mágico (Magical Town) located 45-60 minutes north of Aguascalientes City. It's famous for housing the imposing Sanctuary of the Broken Christ (a 28-meter statue on an islet in the Plutarco Elías Calles Dam). We arrived at El Vallado Ecoturismo, a beautiful place with cabins and a camping area, ideal for spending a few peaceful days on the shores of the dam. From there, we went to see the dam by boat, visited the Broken Christ, the canyons, and a few other things! We showed you the cabins, and now we explored the magical town itself, visiting its parks, its church, and its boardwalk! A perfect town for a relaxing and enjoyable weekend!
