Training with the cooperative game 'SUM BALLOONS'. 1️⃣ The game is introduced with specific objectives and minimal rules, which may lead to teams reacting hastily and without much reflection, resulting in minimal adherence to the rules. In a second round, the rules are presented more strictly and in greater detail, requiring the team to organize themselves more rigorously. 2️⃣ In the 'Sum Balloons' game, there is no maximum number of participants. We will divide the group into three equal teams, which will stand in three parallel lines, each facing chairs placed a few meters away. 🏃🎈This is a unique relay race where, using strategy and teamwork, teams must, starting in pairs, transport a balloon without touching it with their arms or hands, to the chair opposite, circle it, and return to the starting point. 🏃🎈 Each time a team member returns to the starting point, another member joins with a balloon, until everyone completes the course together, thus fulfilling the objective: to transport the balloons along a predetermined route honestly, efficiently, and by working as a team, adhering to certain guidelines. 🏃🎈 Team members cannot touch each other while on the course. If a balloon falls to the ground, the same team members must return to the starting point. 3️⃣ After the game, we discuss: the concept of collaboration in teamwork habits and the need to honestly follow agreed-upon processes as a path to achieving specific objectives.
