「ここは私の小さなお城です」住宅街にある3坪の小さなお菓子屋さん!地元で愛されるスイーツ店の一日に密着
We recently filmed at "Komeko no Okashi Hana," a charming little shop located in my hometown of Hirakata City. Tucked away in a residential area, this small, cozy store was lovingly hand-built by the entire family for the owner, Hana. Previously working as a professional patissier, Hana brings her expert skills to every treat she creates, with her chiffon cakes and cookies being especially well-loved. Due to her personal experience with food allergies, she specializes in offering "gentle sweets" made from rice flour. The desserts are not only visually adorable but also taste incredible, showcasing the care and thought she puts into each one. Since opening, the shop has become a local favorite, attracting a steady flow of customers who adore her creations. Komeko no Okashi Hana 1-17-5 Kasugamotocho, Hirakata City, Osaka
