A relatively flat route along what are meant to be quiet residential streets. But it gets very busy east of Oak with vehicles trying to turn onto Oak St. (These vehicles are often coming from Heather, another bike route which lacks traffic calming.) There's currently no traffic calming, but there are plans to make 67th one-way at Oak St, travelling away from Oak St, which should drastically improve the situation. Note the initial portion is along 68th Ave. Continue north or south via Heather.
