Sazaon Ke Nifaz Mein Islam Ka Mizaj | Adl Aur Rehmat Ka Tawazun سزاؤں کے نفاذ میں اسلام کا مزاج | عدل اور رحمت کا توازن The Islamic Approach to the Implementation of Punishments | Balancing Justice and Mercy Shaykh-ul-Islam Dr Muhammad Tahir-ul-Qadri Shaykh ul Islam Dr. Muhammad Tahir ul Qadri explained in this video the true approach of Islam regarding the implementation of punishments. He stated that Islam is not a religion that rushes to enforce punishments or displays harshness; rather, it is a religion of justice, mercy, reform, concealment of faults, and keeping the doors of repentance open. In the light of the incident of Hazrat Maiz bin Malik (R.A), it was explained that despite repeated confession of guilt, the Holy Prophet ﷺ delayed the implementation of the punishment, explored every possible aspect of doubt and leniency through questions, and taught that if a sinner’s fault can be concealed and he is given an opportunity to repent, that is better. It was further explained that Islam aims to eliminate crime, injustice, and moral corruption, while also prioritizing human reform, dignity, and mercy. Key Learnings: 1.
