Dutch Oven Baking in Newfoundland!

I’m down at Middle Cove Beach in Newfoundland, Canada doing some outdoor beach cooking with a Dutch oven! I’m cooking up a delicious baked chicken and vegetables meal over hot charcoal, right on the rocks with a beautiful ocean view and perfect weather. This is one of my favourite ways to cook — off-grid cooking, cast iron Dutch oven cooking, and campfire-style meals right on the beach. The food turned out amazing and it was such a great experience cooking outdoors in nature. A big thank you to Janice for helping me out by cutting up the vegetables and onions — I really appreciate it.
