Atlantic Breath, Dingle Peninsula Coast

On the far south western edge of Ireland, where the Atlantic meets the mountains of the Dingle Peninsula, low misty cloud drifts ashore in slow skeins of white and grey, folding itself around the slopes of Mount Brandon and smothering The Three Sisters - softening stone, sea and distance. At times the landscape disappears entirely beneath veils of mist, before sunlight suddenly breaks through across the beaches of Ballyferriter — bright, fleeting and still.
